Fees

If you have insurance, you will be charged a copay at the time of visit. If you are uninsured, we use a Sliding Fee Scale. Depending upon your family size and household income, you may qualify for a lower fee from the Sliding Fee Scale. Sliding Fees are set as a percentage discount off the full fee. This percentage discount is applied toward all services eligible for the Sliding Fee. Sliding Fee percentages are set at the first appointment and are reviewed whenever there is a change in household income and/or at least annually.

Although some payment is expected at each time of service, patients can choose to set up a monthly payment plan that works within their budget.
