Neighborhood Health Clinics provided medical/dental care to over 12,000 individuals in 2008.- Approximately 1 in 5 babies born in Allen County had mothers who received some or all of their prenatal care at Neighborhood Health Clinics,
- Each month, approximately 12,500 children ages 0-5 receive nutrition counseling and vouchers for nutritious food from Neighborhood Health Clinics’ WIC program in Allen, DeKalb, and Noble Counties.
- Neighborhood Health Clinics employees over 100 staff.
- Neighborhood Health Clinics spends approximately $7.9 million in the community through payroll, supplies, contracted services, equipment, rent, etc.
- Neighborhood Health Clinics’ main office is located in a federally designated Medically Underserved Area where few other medical/dental services are available.
