In July 2009, NHCI conducted a satisfaction survey of 838 clients/patients.  Here are some important results of that survey.

In answer to the question, "What do you think of the care you received?", 99.3% of respondents ranked NHCI as "Excellent/OK."

In answer to the question, "Would you recommend our services to friends and family?", 96.3% of respondents said "Yes."

“I’ve been coming to the Clinic for medical and dental care for the last few years. Prior to my first visit, I didn’t have any insurance or even a doctor. The doctors at the Clinic diagnosed me with prostate cancer, diabetes, and emphysema. Through the Medical Referral System, I was able to see an oncologist and have been cancer-free for two years now.
